Boiler cover FAQs
Do you cover all boiler makes and models?
Most boilers can be covered under our plans, with up to 95% eligibility. While there are a select few models that may not qualify for our comprehensive Five Star Cover, we are pleased to offer service-only contracts as an alternative. We invite you to contact us to confirm whether your boiler is eligible for our Service Plan. Additionally, we are inclusive of older boilers in our coverage, with no age limit imposed. Our goal is to ensure that as many customers as possible can benefit from the peace of mind our service plans provide.
How often will my boiler get serviced?
We will service your boiler every 12 months.
How long is the agreement?
The agreement lasts 12 months, after which you’re free to renew or cancel if you please.
Do your plans include breakdown assistance?
Yes it does. We’ll provide access to a dedicated WhatsApp line and also a messenger application to a member of our team who can advise you on all aspects of plumbing and heating, including: boiler pressure, heating controller and bleeding your radiator.
What happens after I sign up?
After we process your payment we’ll pop over a welcome email with the full terms and conditions. A member of our team will then be in touch to arrange for a technical engineer to come and service your boiler.

I used surry heating to replace my old boiler 2 years ago Adam and Paul were fantastic , Ryan advised me of the best boiler to go for which would work with smaller pipes as i couldnt afford to replace all pipework in extention. I went with a glow worm which has been fantastic , I signed up to there yearly service , asI was so impressed with the service i had recieved. Just gad my service and all i can say is Fantastic, really friendly helpfull Engineer Rang to say exactly what time arriving, checked everything, was really helpfull in showing me how to bleed my radiators an top up my boiler , which when ur a blonde female always helps . I am really happy with the service provided. First, they were able to come reasonably quickly and were really honest with their availability. Secondly their engineer, Ryan, was really efficient in finding the issue with our heating, in less than half an hour he found the problem and offered a solution. After agreeing with the quote he proceeded to replace the faulty equipment and within 40 minutes the heating was working perfectly. I only regret not calling them earlier.
Ryan and the team always deliver. They moved 'heaven and earth' to get to us first thing on a Saturday after our boiler stopped working Friday night and the 2am £500 24 Hour outfit did not fix. Issue diagnosed, part sourced / collected & issue fixed in a few hours. Thanks guys!! (And we had British Gas Homecare who couldn't attend for 3 days).
Would not hesitate to recommend! My mother's central heating stopped working. I initially spoke to Debbie, who kindly managed to fit us in the next day. The engineer, Paul, was fantastic. Gave us plenty of notice of his arrival, so we had time to meet him there. Paul stepped us through his diagnosis of the problem and solution. A complete professional and lovely bloke to boot! I had Surrey heating specialist replace old condemned boiler at my house. Was booked in efficiently and even got a link from the company showing the installers eta which was great. Very good install took care in protecting flooring etc and all in all great experience.
