Ryan and his team are fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They installed entire new heating system in my house, Ryan from the quoting side suggested the best solution ( I was thinking about heating pumps) and he promptly explained why wouldn't be the most efficient solution. From the rest of the team, same approach, before starting the job suggested the best way to run the pipes, where to locate the radiators, etc. The job couldn't be completed straight away because of my gas connections and Ryan didn't have a problem sending one of the guys after almost 2months to finalise the job. Highly recommended.

Boiler cover FAQs

Do you cover all boiler makes and models?

Most boilers can be covered under our plans, with up to 95% eligibility. While there are a select few models that may not qualify for our comprehensive Five Star Cover, we are pleased to offer service-only contracts as an alternative. We invite you to contact us to confirm whether your boiler is eligible for our Service Plan. Additionally, we are inclusive of older boilers in our coverage, with no age limit imposed. Our goal is to ensure that as many customers as possible can benefit from the peace of mind our service plans provide.

How often will my boiler get serviced?

We will service your boiler every 12 months.

How long is the agreement?

The agreement lasts 12 months, after which you’re free to renew or cancel if you please.

Do your plans include breakdown assistance?

Yes it does. We’ll provide access to a dedicated WhatsApp line and also a messenger application to a member of our team who can advise you on all aspects of plumbing and heating, including: boiler pressure, heating controller and bleeding your radiator.

What happens after I sign up?

After we process your payment we’ll pop over a welcome email with the full terms and conditions. A member of our team will then be in touch to arrange for a technical engineer to come and service your boiler.
