Our story

Surrey Heating Specialists launched in 2013 with a simple mission – to provide affordable, top-quality boiler installations, repairs and heating services to local homeowners. With the expertise and dedication of our founder, Ryan Price, we quickly became a trusted name in the region, with over 200 boilers installed every year.

Over the last decade, our focus has not changed. We deliver dependable, prompt and efficient heating services, tailored to the unique needs of each home. This approach has allowed us to excel and grow – we now operate beyond Surrey, in parts of Berkshire and West London.

A great experience to getting my boiler fixed and serviced by Surrey Heating Specialists - only downside is that the struggle in not being able to tell me the full price when asking to book an engineer and getting my name wrong as well as my address which was a bit of a struggle to getting right.

Just to clarify, it’s very difficult for us to give an exact repair cost before attending, as we simply don’t know the fault until we’ve carried out the diagnostic. That’s why we have the £50 + VAT diagnosis fee, and why we explained the minimum charge for the first two hours if the repair can be completed there and then. We did send the call-out terms via email and text so everything was clear up front, but apologies again for the small mix-up with your name.
