Paul was running a few minutes late but was kept up to date via a phone call. Service on the boiler was spot on and even found and fixed a small leak that id long forgotten about. The company is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish

SHS was able to get me an engineer within a few hours of calling them which was great. The engineer, Terry, was polite, pleasant and professional. He got straight on with diagnosing the issue with my hot water and identifying the problem. Sadly he was unable to fix the problem this time (hence the four star rating) but at least we moved forward. I would not hesitate to contact SHS again in the future if I have any more problems with my heating system.

Excellent service. An Engineer visited soon after I reported the problem and fixed it within about an hour. I was so impressed by this company when they replaced my boiler that I signed up for their service plan, so this repair ( to a radiator pin valve) didn’t even cost anything. I highly recommend Surrey Plumbing and Heating for their great service.
