New boiler fitted. Excellent communication at all times and a competitive price. Very quick to start the job. Did have an issue the following day but again resolved quickly.

I can’t thank Paul enough to getting our boiler working. He literally worked through every diagnostic to find the the root cause. Such an experienced engineer and friendly. Paul didn’t give up and managed to sort my boiler the very same day I made the booking - that was a big bonus! No hanging around till the next day and even had the part! From the beginning, Ryan took the time to properly assess our situation instead of simply pushing the most expensive solution. Across three separate visits, they carefully reviewed the property, explained every option clearly, and even advised us to first contact our water provider to improve the incoming water pressure. Thanks to that advice, we were able to potentially reduce unnecessary equipment and avoid extra costs. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare.

What also stood out was how balanced their recommendations were. They guided us towards solutions that offered the best combination of quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness rather than overselling products we didn’t need.

The installation process itself was impeccable. Everything was extremely well organised, communication was constant from start to finish, and the whole team was punctual, professional, and very respectful of our home. Every question we had was answered openly and patiently, and they were always happy to explain technical details in a way that was easy to understand.
The installation team went above and beyond, especially with the preparation and removal work. They clearly cared about doing the job properly, not just quickly, making sure the area was left in the best possible condition before setting up the new system.

A special thank you too, to Danail and Mark for their professionalism, transparency, patience, and genuine care throughout the whole project. It’s difficult to find contractors nowadays who combine technical expertise, organisation, and customer service at this level.

In UK from US for a month. No heat when we arrived. That did not sit well with this family from Texas. My aunt had previously used Surrey Heating for service in the past. They did not dissappoint. From initial contact, response, on-site visit, diagnosis, scheduling, and repair. All top-notch. Others in the service industry could learn a lot, in the UK and the US.
