We were away, with little mobile reception and 7 hours behind the UK, when those at home had no hot water, SHS where extremely helpful and came out promptly to check out. No work was required in the end and no charge made, as the problem had sorted itself, but I cannot fault the response from the team. I have no hesitation in recommending their repeatedly honest and reliable service.

We had a great experience with Surrey Heating Specialists for a boiler change. They were really efficient, good price, and really friendly, helpful guys who talked us through everything

As an update: we had an issue with the installation a couple years on and they came back really quickly and dealt with it free of charge. Can’t ask for more I think!
