I am really happy with the service provided. First, they were able to come reasonably quickly and were really honest with their availability. Secondly their engineer, Ryan, was really efficient in finding the issue with our heating, in less than half an hour he found the problem and offered a solution. After agreeing with the quote he proceeded to replace the faulty equipment and within 40 minutes the heating was working perfectly. I only regret not calling them earlier.
