Wow! What a fantastic service! I called Surrey heating services this morning as my boiler broke down and spoke to a lovely lady who sent me a link to register my requirements. Within 5 mins I had a response stating an engineer is on the way and will be with you with 16 mins! Just unbelievable especially this time of year and today’s conditions being freezing! Ryan came and within 30 mins had identified the problem and fixed it! Absolutely phenomenal service and what a pleasure to do business with!!! Safe to say I know where to go next time! I used Surrey Heating Specialists earlier this week when our boiler would not stay on, and give us any heating.After calling, and giving you the problem although you could not promise if someone would get to me that day as it was a Monday morning at about 3.30pm after a second phone call to ask if someone was going to come out and check our heating that day, as you had already told me earlier in the morning you were extremely busy.Dave has previously been to our house and fixed our extremely old boiler before, and he worked his magic once again, he was brilliant with his customer service, and has explained that there could be a couple of faults with the boiler, but he did not want to needlessly replace parts, if the boiler needed to be replaced.Hopefully, this will see us though the winter, and we will think about a placement for the summer, and we have been given some quotes for new boilers which will would probably get them done through this company, and Dave.
Paul was friendly, efficient, and took the time to check the radiators while servicing the boiler. He also gave useful tips on adjusting for the winter. Very satisfied with the service. Also impressed with the paperless process and getting all of the paperwork done instantly 😎Update 1 - Nov 2024: I had a Hive smart thermostat installed. It was Paul who came back to installed it. He helped me through the set it up process, and advised on how to adjust the settings to make it more efficient 🙌Update 2 - Jan 2025: I had additional work done and chose Surrey Heating Specialists again! :D

I had my boiler serviced for the first time since Surrey Heating installed it a year ago. The engineer arrived between his scheduled time slots and gave me a 10-minute heads-up before coming in. He asked me about any issues I had experienced over the past year. He was efficient and completed the service quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.
What an amazing company Surrey Heating Specialists are.I was in a panic but their fantastic response meant that we had our heating and hot water back within the same day. Paul, the heating engineer who came to us, was friendly, reassuring and informative.Once he had diagnosed the problem he explained it clearly, then he explained what he would need to do to repair it and also transparently explained the costs with no pressure at all.We were fortunate in that the problem was one that he could sort out with materials he already had in his van.Once we agreed the price he immediately set to work. He made sure that everything was tidied up perfectly and that the heating was now working and the water temperature was rising.I cannot thank Surrey Heating Specialists enough and am more than happy to recommend them to everyone.
The boiler stopped firing. So close to Christmas, I was concerned about being able to secure support. Surrey Heating Specialists were responsive and kept me updated.Terry was incredibly polite and calm.I would not hesitate to recommend the services of this firm.

Had no heating or hot water in the middle of December during Furlough.Our boiler was insured through a company that could not replace our boiler until after Christmas. I rung Surrey Heating and they came the next day. We were so grateful to them 🙏. They came yesterday to have our yearly check. It was Mark, he was very nice and friendly. Have a 10 year guarantee with the boiler. Very happy customer.😄
