Emergency Worcester Boiler Installation in Ashford, Surrey

This was an emergency boiler install. The customer had just moved into a new property only to find that the boiler was completely non-functional. They contacted us for a quote on a new boiler system, and we went out straight away to assess the situation in quick time. During our visit, we discovered they had an outdated gravity tank system and expressed a desire to upgrade to a more efficient combination boiler, especially given the urgent nature of their request.

We were able to schedule the installation for the very next available slot, which was within 48 hours on a Friday. The job was located in a second-floor flat, presenting some logistical challenges, but we arrived early in the morning and managed to complete the installation and remove the old tanks by the end of the day. This effort ensured everything was up and running smoothly for the weekend.

Our team worked efficiently to handle this project, and the customer was very pleased with the speed and effectiveness of our response. Our commitment to providing timely and effective service truly made a difference.

"Recommend! Recommend! Recommend! We moved into our new home a week ago, and realised there is not hot water or heating, as most likely the boiler is broken. I have been searching for a good boiler service around the area and found the Surrey Heating! The reception lady was very friendly and understood the urgency of our case perfectly. Ryan and his team are fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They installed entire new heating system in my house, Ryan from the quoting side suggested the best solution ( I was thinking about heating pumps) and he promptly explained why wouldn't be the most efficient solution. From the rest of the team, same approach, before starting the job suggested the best way to run the pipes, where to locate the radiators, etc. The job couldn't be completed straight away because of my gas connections and Ryan didn't have a problem sending one of the guys after almost 2months to finalise the job. Highly recommended.
