Service was done, advice was given and the nicest thing is they're not pushy salesmen. Monthly plan was suggested, but all paperwork left for us to too look over in own time. We have a maintenance contract for our central heating after issues a few years ago which were resolved by Surrey Heating.It is very reassuring giving us ‘peace of mind’ in the knowledge that in the event of a problem ‘Surrey Heating’ will rapidly and effectively resolve it.Paul recently completed the annual service, included as part of the contract. Whole process from booking the appointment, at a date to suit us, through to completion of the work was extremely efficient and easy.

He even showed us how to monitor and adjust the boiler pressure throughout the year, to ensure we get the best out of our boiler. Debi was very helpful, polite and friendly when arranging the appointment and kept me informed and sent reminder emails regarding the appointment. I took out a gold service plan with Surrey heating specialist last year. Only a month after having the plan we unfortunately had an issue with the boiler. They responded promptly and fixed the issue. Today we had our yearly service. Easy to arrange for a date that suited. Updated with text reminders. Paul phoned prior to attending to let us know how far away he was. Arrived on time, polite, friendly. When I asked about an issue he talked to me in easy to understand terms. Service took about 40 minutes. Would throughly recommend this company
